About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) team as Assistant in Nursing Casual Pool staff. This is an excellent opportunity for nursing students to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment and develop essential clinical skills.

About the Role

  • Work closely with experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses to assist with patient care and learn on the job.
  • Support patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and tackle a variety of care challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

About You

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care.
  • Experience in providing nursing care within your scope of practice.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a recognised and approved program of study, Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery course.
  • Completed any training required by the employer relevant to the safe and competent performance of work at this level.
