- Confirm coverage and assess liability by gathering facts, applying relevant laws, and issuing appropriate notices and correspondence.
- Keep accurate records of claims information in line with best practices and compliance standards.
- Ensure all claims activities meet the highest governance requirements, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

- Familiarity with relevant workers compensation legislation, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret legislation and make informed decisions.
