As a key member of our R&D team, we seek an experienced Senior Food Technologist to drive the development and improvement of food products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept to commercialisation, managing teams, and communicating with senior leadership to provide feedback on projects and key business decisions.

This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as extensive experience in stakeholder management and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve food products to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and deliver assigned projects from concept to commercialisation accurately, on time and in full
  • Value engineer and reformulate existing product lines to continually improve product delivery quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management
