As a leader in merchandise planning, you will:

  • Inspire & Lead: Guide a team of Merchandise Planners, build capability, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Drive Commercial Outcomes: Maximize sales, profit, and return on investment by delivering results.
  • Strategic Partnering: Align customer strategy, financial plans, and commercial objectives with Merchandise teams.
  • Manage Resources: Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory health with precision and accountability.
  • Customer Focus: Embed insights into strategies, range reviews, promotions, and clearance programs.
  • Influence Strategic Direction: Analyze data, plan scenarios, and proactively manage risks to shape the future.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Sharp commercial acumen to interpret data, spot issues, and turn insights into strategy.
  • Relationship Building: Confident in managing challenges, fostering partnerships, and balancing healthy tension.

  • Retail Planning Expertise: Deep experience across sales, profit, stock, GMROI, and inventory management.
