At Axiom, we seek a collaborative and results-driven Paralegal to manage residential conveyancing files and develop key relationships with industry partners.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a legal support role as a legal assistant, law clerk, or paralegal, with excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential conveyancing files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners through regular communication and mutual benefit
  • Contribute to business development tasks, including quoting, sales calls, and software updates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in a legal support role as a legal assistant, law clerk, or paralegal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
