Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Brisbane's inner-western riverside suburbs. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home while maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners.


Job Description:
  • Support and manage residential conveyancing matters
  • Review and provide advice on Contracts of Sale
  • Guide clients through the property transaction process
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing residential conveyancing matters, reviewing and providing advice on Contracts of Sale, guiding clients through the property transaction process, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Queensland-admitted solicitor with current practising certificate
  • Some experience in property law or conveyancing is desirable, but strong interest and willingness to learn is equally valued
  • Familiarity with PEXA is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong client service focus, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Openness to using innovative technology to streamline workflows

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Queensland-admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate, some experience in property law or conveyancing (desirable), familiarity with PEXA (advantageous but not essential), strong client service focus, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
