We are seeking an experienced Property Conveyancing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the conveyancing team, you will assist with property transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex conveyancing files, providing expert advice on standard and off-the-plan contracts, and liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Autonomous Conveyancing Management: Manage conveyancing files from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and facilitating settlement.
- Conveyancing Expertise: Provide expert advice on standard and off-the-plan contracts, including negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conveyancing files, including correspondence, contracts, and other documents.
- Law Degree: Hold a law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Conveyancing Experience: Have previous experience in property law and conveyancing.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Organizational Skills: Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
