We have an exciting role available as a Patient Registration Quality Administration Officer. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records, while also guiding staff on how to effectively use our patient administration system.
About the RoleThis is a temporary full-time position with a 8-month contract. You will be working closely with our facilities to identify and resolve duplicate registrations, provide guidance on registration best practices, and support the implementation and maintenance of digital health records and related systems.
Your Responsibilities- Data Integrity Champion: You will be responsible for promoting data integrity across our patient administration system, including identifying and resolving duplicate registrations.
- Registration Guidance: You will provide guidance to staff on registration best practices, record merging processes, and other relevant procedures.
- Digital Health Records: You will support the implementation and maintenance of digital health records and related systems as part of our initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a sound understanding of the importance of patient/client records and accurate client registration, including privacy/confidentiality requirements and data reporting. You will also need to have demonstrated experience in using databases and software, as well as the ability to work with patient/client registration systems and analyse patient data.
