Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Order Coordinator to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with internal teams.

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and design, to coordinate showroom change overs and photo shoots.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into SAP regarding payments, customer details, and customer requests.
  • Liaise with customer service team to advise on any despatch or payment issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a despatch or coordinator role.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new systems and processes.
