Customer Service and Logistics Support Role

This role involves ensuring the timely receipt, processing, and dispatch of orders across our Australian customer base.

About the Position

We are seeking an individual to join our team in a Customer Service and Logistics Support position. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP and strong relationship management skills.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating freight pickups, and resolving exceptions.
  • They will also provide IT support for order systems and drive continuous improvement in customer service and logistics.
