Event Sales Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of events by creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate, government, and association sectors.

This high-impact sales role requires a driven, technically savvy professional who can own the full sales lifecycle - from initial enquiry through proposal, pitch, and contract close.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect and secure new event business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle ensuring seamless execution.
  • Design tailored event production solutions aligned to client needs and budgets.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and pipeline KPIs.
  • Build long-term relationships becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and closing major event accounts.
  • Expertise in event production with a strong technical understanding of AV and event solutions.
  • Self-Starter able to work independently managing multiple projects and pipelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in event sales, production, or AV solutions.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Solid technical understanding of AV, staging, and event production.
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of Perth's corporate, mining, and/or government event markets highly regarded.
