Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage the operations of the Industrial Relations Commission in both Sydney CBD and Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the registry team with a proactive approach to issues management and a strong focus on performance improvement.
  • Oversee critical projects and contribute to strategic initiatives including analysing operational data and providing high-level advice.
  • Prepare and manage high-level communications including briefings reports submissions and notes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the IRC liaising with stakeholders and coordinating responses to meet critical deadlines.
  • Implement monitor and report on strategic operational and project plans to support informed decision-making.
  • Research and prepare strategic advice and reports on complex policy planning and operational matters.
  • Lead or contribute to projects aligned with organisational objectives including the development and refinement of administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.
