The HR Operations team at CSPD is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Operations Officer to join our hard working and friendly HR Operations Team on a temporary full time basis until the end of the year
About the Opportunity
Our HR Operations Officers are essential to delivering high-quality People & Culture services, with a particular focus on employee relations and workforce initiatives across the organisation.
In this role, you will contribute to a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Respond to employee service queries and manage tier one and two support requests via the ticketing system
Assist with employee services such as onboarding, document requests, employment forms, and data updates
Support fortnightly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and legislation
Contribute to P&C projects, process improvements, and administrative support tasks

About You

Strong communication and organisational skills with a solutions-focused approach
Sound knowledge of HR systems and processes
Strong attention to detail and proactivity
Ability to interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and relevant employment legislation
A current Working With Children Check (Paid Employee)
Relevant tertiary qualifications or a related field (desirable)
