Strategic Engineering Leader Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Director to lead our engineering efforts in the ANZ region. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, operational excellence, and advanced AI integration.

Key responsibilities include defining and delivering a strategic engineering roadmap, leading IT infrastructure strategy, building and recruiting a high-performing engineering team, and working closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate technology impact into clear commercial value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and shared applications.
