Job Summary

We are seeking a Professional Mental Health Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients with various mental health conditions;
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, case managers, and employers to ensure effective client outcomes;
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards;
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist or AASW accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker;
  • ACA level 3 or level 4 qualification or Full Clinical PACFA membership as a Qualified Counsellor;
  • Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
  • Permanent residency in Australia;
  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach;
