Access Psych is a leading mental health service provider in Australia, offering face-to-face and telehealth support services to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns.
About the RoleWe are seeking AHPRA Registered Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, or Qualified Counsellors to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.

Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
- Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
- Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
- AHPRA Registration (Psychologist) or AASW Accreditation (Social Worker) or ACA Level 3/4 (Counsellor);
- Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
- Permanent residency in Australia;
- Possession of essential skills and qualifications for delivering authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support.
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience;
