Project Coordinator and Administrator

The Greenfield Project at the Sydney Office is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic team.


This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to progress their career within the education industry. As a key member of the team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our project.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Author, edit, collate and manage documents, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and quality assurance standards.
  • Manage website, digital portal and Learning Management System (LMS) content, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Provide financial and resource support, leveraging expertise to drive project success.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant higher education qualification(s).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project coordination support in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of the higher education sector and its regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office Suite and online systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
