As a strategic property advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients in building high-performing investment portfolios through expert support and tailored advice.

About the Role

You will work closely with brokers and acquisitions teams to generate accurate buyer briefs and conduct comprehensive portfolio mapping sessions tailored to each client's goals and investment profile.

Your performance directly impacts our clients' outcomes and repeat business, making you a critical link in the service experience. You manage the journey from strategic planning through to milestone completion, ensuring clients feel educated, supported, and confident in their decisions.

  • Conduct high-quality portfolio mapping sessions with clients.
  • Collaborate with acquisition teams to create actionable buyer briefs.
  • Provide ongoing strategic guidance to existing clients to support repeat purchases.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and transitions from strategy-only to full service.
  • Deliver professional communication across all stages of the client journey.
  • Support clients through rejections and nurture confidence in new opportunities.
  • Ensure key milestones are completed in alignment with InvestorKit's standards.
  • Lead monthly review sessions and maintain engagement throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track tasks, notes, and stage progress.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term financial goals.
  • Actively participate in team training and strategy forums.
  • Participate in call audits to evaluate consultation quality and objection handling.
  • Engage in regular training sessions, team meetings, and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.

The following Key Performance Indicators apply to your role:

  • Monthly sign-ups: Meets or exceeds individual target as set by SLT.
  • CRM accuracy: 95%+ accuracy in task, note, and stage updates within 24 hours.
  • Client alignment: Number of clients requiring escalation after initial portfolio presentation.
  • Follow-up completion: 100% adherence daily.
  • Call audit quality: Evaluate consultation, communication quality, strategic advisory, pitch structure, and objection handling.
  • Consultations: Meets or exceeds individual consultation target as set by SLT.
  • Engagement: 100% attendance, contribution, and demonstrated application of feedback, knowledge, and learnings.
  • Collaboration with Acquisitions: Responds to Settlement Support, SPAA, and research divisions within same-day standard or next day if out of office hours.
