Guest Experience Specialist Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all guest communication regarding reservations with utmost care and professionalism.
  • Maximise sales performance by ensuring close of sale, and identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive approach to ensure optimal yield in occupancy and rates.
  • Ensure the administration of reservations is carried out with precision, including maintaining an accurate filing system.

We are seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional luxury service, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational, customer service and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multi-task and prioritise demands effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications
