By fostering excellence, supporting continuous improvement, and staying informed about best practices, the Head of Department will play a key role in enhancing educational programs and teaching practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- A bachelor's degree in education and current registration with relevant authorities.

- Strong skills in ICT, particularly as they relate to teaching and learning.

- Commitment to co-curricular activities.

- Basic understanding of principles of science of learning and explicit instruction.
