Key Responsibilities

A day in the life of this role involves supervising, managing, and motivating team members to provide quality services and safeguards to clients that promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society.

Requirements

We're looking for a positive role model with a 'can-do attitude' who has a high degree of initiative and strong desire to achieve outstanding results. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Strong experience as a Team Leader in the Disability or similar space.
  • Previous experience supporting clients with complex needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in disability and community services (Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent).
  • A genuine desire to ensure that clients receive exceptional service.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and cultivate a strength-based approach.

Mandatory Requirements

  • You must currently hold First Aid and CPR qualification.
  • Valid and current Driver's License.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).

Impact

This role will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, guidance and support to identify risk increasing behaviours, coordination of supports to client programs, and maintaining and auditing client records for compliance purposes.

You will also present to teams with participant updates, assess staff performance on an ongoing basis, and participate in crisis management and incident report follow up.
