The Role:

This is a leadership position within our Centre-Based Service, based in Melbourne. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of dedicated disability instructors, fostering positive relationships with clients, and creating a supportive work environment.

  • You will provide effective communication to participants, family, and carers.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
  • Directly supervise and manage Disability Instructors and Personal Care Attendants.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Disability Services or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in NDIS disability service provision.
  • A proven track record in leadership positions.
