Leadership Opportunities in Disability Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in providing high-quality, active support to participants with autism spectrum disorder.
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate activities and programs on a daily basis.
- Provide operational or procedural direction and advice, update staff on new initiatives and changes in policy and procedures.
- Maintain staffing levels, produce a fortnightly roster, and ensure daily staffing levels are met.
- Certificate IV in Disability Services (desirable) or other qualification or experience in the area of disability services.
- Proactive approach in supporting individuals with a disability.
- Extensive experience working with people with complex support needs.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Computer skills including intermediate Microsoft Word skills.
- Driver's Licence valid in Australia and use of own vehicle for business purposes.
