Leadership Opportunity in Disability Support

A dynamic and experienced professional is required to lead our team of support staff in SIL properties, providing exceptional service and empowering client independence.

This key leadership role involves optimising operational performance, strategic planning, HR onboarding, rostering, and client onboarding. The successful candidate will identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a related field, significant skills and knowledge, and extensive experience in the disability sector, including NDIS, current reforms, legislation, funding, and policy protocols.

They must also possess strong leadership skills, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
