About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Solutions Consultant to drive impactful business analysis and collaborative problem-solving. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges and emerging opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with end-users, stakeholders, and technology partners through effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, define desired outcomes, and facilitate workshops to ensure alignment with project goals and system requirements.
- Assist in managing project scope, change requests, and contribute to the development of business cases, estimates, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to project management frameworks.
- Evaluate legal impacts on business processes, recommend operational improvements, and ensure systems comply with relevant regulations and legal frameworks.
- Review and interpret testing plans and results, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and identify, track, and rectify system defects.
About You
You are a collaborative and accountable team player who builds strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and business partners. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, use effective communication to influence others, and prioritize business objectives while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in business analysis tasks, writing business/functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other design artifacts like use cases and prototypes.
- Familiarity with Customer/Human-Centered Design, prototyping, and process modeling.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and technology infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Project Management frameworks and testing methodologies.
