Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

UMENCO is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to the CEO and executive leadership team
  • Ensure statutory and legislative compliance throughout the business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions and external auditors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management position in a retail specialty or FMCG environment
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
