About Our Grant Program
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the development of our SES Volunteer Grants Program.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the implementation of strategies for the development of an SES Volunteers Grants Program
- To provide high-level administrative and project support, through proof-reading, research and analysis, invoice processing and acquittal management
- To maintain online grants management systems, registers, and databases
- To plan and coordinate grant workshops and participation in events
- To assist in the regular monitoring and evaluation of grants
- To liaise and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
