About the Role
Tiger & Co Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the steel reinforcement industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and analysing new business opportunities, creating and executing strategic business plans to drive sales growth, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development within the steel reinforcement industry, a solid understanding of the industry, and the ability to leverage relationships to create business opportunities and foster partnerships.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, analyse, and assess potential new business opportunities within the steel reinforcement industry.
- Create and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in business development within the steel reinforcement industry.
- A solid track record of generating new business and driving sales growth.
- Established relationships with major builders and concreters in New South Wales.
- Ability to leverage relationships to create business opportunities and foster partnerships.
- Strong ability to build and maintain robust relationships with customers, including understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional service to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent organisational capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required to facilitate travel and client meetings as necessary.
