Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities">

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Specialist—ideally in SaaS or software development">
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, BPMN)">
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear technical specs">
  • Experience developing documentation, workflows, and user stories">
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders">
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management and collaboration skills">
  • Able to work autonomously, juggle changing priorities, and stay organised">
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability">
