
Exceptional Leader for Complaint Resolution

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of technical experts dedicated to supporting our business units with resolving complaints in accordance with organisational code of practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will lead the team to provide exceptional technical support to our business units as they provide their expertise in dispute resolution, daily operational activities, portfolio monitoring and continuous improvement. They will engage with key internal and external stakeholders to manage complaint resolution requirements and reputational considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality complaint management solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective strategies for complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with organisational code of practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external contacts to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or operations environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in dispute resolution, customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
