Senior Manager Position

This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in accounting and management. The successful candidate will have the ability to guide and manage a team of seniors and intermediates, provide advice to diverse clients, and oversee various tax matters.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 2-4 Seniors and Intermediates.
  • Provide expert advice to clients from a range of industries.
  • Complete complex tax matters for different client groups.
  • Host face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs.
  • Oversee tasks including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.
  • Review work and organize workflows for your team.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience within Australian public practice.
  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Experience in all aspects of ATO compliance including Div 7A, FBT, Trusts, Partnerships, SMSF.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to confidently face clients.
  • Proficiency in using MYOB AE, Infinity Corporate Compliance, Class, Xero.
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
