Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from current or new customers
  • Assist customers with pricing inquiries, policy information, product details, and general questions
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and standards
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and health professionals regarding insurance policies
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, hospitality experience highly regarded
  • Exposure to targets or KPI's in a professional working environment
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • A passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
