Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all departments in our hotel – Bar, Restaurant, and Events. This is a fast-paced environment that requires great skills, but also a great big personality and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations in the food and beverage areas, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
