The role of Senior Healthcare Professional is a critical position in ensuring the provision of high-quality care to residents.
Key responsibilities include leading the clinical care team, ensuring they understand each resident's identity, culture, diversity, beliefs, and life experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide leadership support to the Home Manager.
- Deliver quality improvement projects at a Care Home level.
- Support care delivery through guidance to the Care Team.
- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector.
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
- Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability in quality management using a team-based approach through mentoring and staff development.
