You will be responsible for assessing symptoms, providing health information, and making recommendations for care. Our team operates 24/7, offering health-related advice over the phone.
- Conduct comprehensive telephone assessments
- Provide guidance on health concerns and wellness
- Refer callers to relevant services as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
