Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

This is a critical role within our organisation, supporting the maintenance of aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on BK117, AW139, G150 and B200 Series aircraft as directed by the Engineering Manager, Senior Base Engineer or Supervising LAME.
  • Maintain personal tools and toolboxes in accordance with maintenance procedures.
  • Complete maintenance documentation correctly.
  • Maintain aircraft within the scope of licensing requirements and in accordance with maintenance manuals.
  • Ensure safe practices in the workplace, identifying hazards and using safety reporting systems.
Key Skills:
  • Previous mechanical maintenance experience from Aviation, Marine or Automotive industries.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to provide workable solutions.
  • Organisation and self-motivation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
