Aviation professionals sought to fill cabin crew roles with Alliance Airlines. Working from our Darwin base, successful applicants will serve on flights in various sectors including mining, energy, and government.
The position involves serving on charter flights for private clients, Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) services in partnership with QantasLink, both domestic and international flights.
We are looking for motivated individuals who prioritise safety, possess strong communication skills, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Requirements include flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays, a positive outlook, team spirit, being at least 18 years old, having a minimum of 2 years in a high-pressure customer service role, no visible tattoos when wearing the uniform, fluent written and spoken English, ability to swim at least 50 metres without assistance, eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a background check, provide First Aid, CPR, RSA certificates, and a valid passport prior to starting.
