Job Description

The role of Portfolio Manager focuses on overseeing a national property portfolio, encompassing transactions, lease administration, financials, and client relationships. Delivering a tailored and strategic service is paramount to this position.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end property transactions, including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, and negotiations. Additionally, they will oversee lease administration, financial management, and reporting processes. As the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service delivery is crucial.

This role also involves providing strategic insights through portfolio analysis and regular performance reporting. Identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and supporting long-term planning are key aspects of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate real estate or property management.
  • A strong understanding of leasing practices, lease administration, financial processes, and transaction management.
  • Proficiency in lease management and accounting software.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure is highly regarded.
