The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Property Manager to oversee an exclusive portfolio of long-term owners. As Executive Industrial Property Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 150 tenancies, primarily consisting of larger industrial properties and some high-profile retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage repairs and maintenance requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruptions to tenants.
  • Conduct rental appraisals, rental increases, and lease renewals in accordance with industry standards.
  • Minimise rental arrears and oversee insurance and compliance matters.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and up-to-date with industry requirements.
  • Foster new business opportunities by following up on warm leads and meeting with prospective landlords.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial/industrial asset management or an extensive background in residential property management.
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and negotiation skills.
