Strategic Influence Manager Position

About the Role

The successful applicant will lead industrial relations strategies in line with business goals, providing expert advice on employment law and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing industrial relations strategies.
  • Providing expert advice on employment legislation and negotiations.
  • Negotiating enterprise agreements and managing workplace consultations effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handling disputes and grievances with a focus on resolution and prevention.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering reports on industrial relations activities and outcomes.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong background in industrial relations.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise bargaining processes and negotiations.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
