Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are committed to putting the world on vacation at our resort locations across the globe. Our team of professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Offer information on local area attractions and activities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales team.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system is advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
