
Network Operations Specialist

Network Operations professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations at our Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate network disruptions to minimize impact on passengers and operations.
- Liaise with ports to ensure timely flight information communication.
- Monitor flights for on-time performance, recording and reporting delay reasons.
- Evaluate weather and NOTAM risks, escalating or acting accordingly.
- Ensure crew compliance with regulatory requirements, including FRMS and enterprise agreements.
- Manage crew coverage for sickness, disruptions, or training needs.
- Coordinate slot management through ATFM and A-CDM platforms.
Applicants must meet Level 8 conditions as per the Regional Express Airlines Services Collective Agreement. Please submit resume and covering letter addressing these criteria by close of business Friday.
As a controller, you will be responsible for coordinating network operations to maintain efficiency and reliability. This includes managing disruptions, communicating with ports, monitoring flights, and evaluating risks.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
