Network Operations Specialist

Network Operations professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations at our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate network disruptions to minimize impact on passengers and operations.
  • Liaise with ports to ensure timely flight information communication.
  • Monitor flights for on-time performance, recording and reporting delay reasons.
  • Evaluate weather and NOTAM risks, escalating or acting accordingly.
Crewing and Slot Management
  • Ensure crew compliance with regulatory requirements, including FRMS and enterprise agreements.
  • Manage crew coverage for sickness, disruptions, or training needs.
  • Coordinate slot management through ATFM and A-CDM platforms.
Conditions and Requirements

Applicants must meet Level 8 conditions as per the Regional Express Airlines Services Collective Agreement. Please submit resume and covering letter addressing these criteria by close of business Friday.

As a controller, you will be responsible for coordinating network operations to maintain efficiency and reliability. This includes managing disruptions, communicating with ports, monitoring flights, and evaluating risks.
