Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management.
  • Handle schema configurations for Time and Payroll in Australia Public Sector.
  • Configure awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring.
  • Implement and support Single Touch Payroll and ensure compliance with AU legislation.
  • Work on H4S4 module and Employee Central Payroll (preferred).

Deliver key project artefacts: Detailed Design, UT/ST Test Cases, Run Sheets, Backout Plans.

Leadership Skills:

">
  • Lead and support SIT, UAT, BVT, and manage Change Requests.
  • Provide solutions for technical challenges and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science related discipline.
  • 6-10+ years of SAP HR/PY consulting experience.
  • Recent hands-on experience with AU Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM on S/4HANA.
  • Experience with integration between SAP and other systems.
  • Knowledge of HR domain and IT service management, including risk management.
  • Experience with H4S4 and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to drive simplified processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
