SAP Payroll Consultant Job

This position involves working on SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AU Payroll and a strong understanding of SAP HCM on S/4HANA.

The role requires configuring awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Single Touch Payroll and ensuring compliance with AU legislation.

The successful candidate will work on the H4S4 module and Employee Central Payroll. They will also deliver key project artefacts such as Detailed Design, UT/ST Test Cases, Run Sheets, and Backout Plans.

This role involves leading and supporting SIT, UAT, BVT, and managing Change Requests. The candidate will provide solutions for technical challenges and integration issues. They will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management
  • Handle Schema configurations for Time and Payroll in Australia Public Sector
  • Configure awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring
  • Implement and support Single Touch Payroll and ensure compliance with AU legislation
  • Work on H4S4 module and Employee Central Payroll (preferred)
  • Deliver key project artefacts: Detailed Design, UT/ST Test Cases, Run Sheets, Backout Plans
  • Lead and support SIT, UAT, BVT, and manage Change Requests
  • Provide solutions for technical challenges and integration issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
