We are seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Specialist to join our National Security team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National Security & Compliance Manager and ensuring the effective management of security identification services.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with operations teams and external auditors.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A strong background in customs and administration, with experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and databases, with a high level of integrity.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience working with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and access control systems.
