**Job Opportunity**We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our Dispute Resolution team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of cases in different industry sectors, including property, leasing, franchising, consumer, IP, commercial contracts, aviation, and government.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex commercial, property, and IP disputes, government regulatory work, and advisory transactions. They will be involved in a board range of matters, including commercial, corporate, and contract litigation in the superior federal and state courts in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.As a member of our team, you will be working with a special counsel, senior associate, associate, and junior lawyers and clerks. You will have the support of Partner Ryan Solomons and be part of a people-first culture that prioritizes flexibility, technical and business learning, and career development.The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, including previous experience with less PQE but meaningful pre-admission legal experience. They will also have a demonstrated ability to manage file loads under supervision and bring a commercial outlook and strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a wide range of cases in different industry sectors
  • Involved in complex commercial, property, and IP disputes, government regulatory work, and advisory transactions
  • Manage file loads under supervision
  • Build relationships with clients and engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Contribute to a high-performing team
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years post qualification experience (PQE)
  • Experience in litigation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage file loads under supervision
