About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Estia Health, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management and ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences, promoting a personalized dining experience.
  • Ensure residents receive healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals, fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience that exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience within a commercial kitchen, preferably in aged care, is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work with a broad range of cuisines, dietary requirements, and cultural needs of residents.
