Key Responsibilities

Our team is seeking a skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of Chef De Partie. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cooking and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and present dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene, managing inventory and supplies, and working efficiently during busy periods.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work well under pressure. If you are a talented and dedicated chef who shares our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery
  • 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays
  • Working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
