As a vital member of our operations team, we are seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to oversee the smooth management of local pickups and deliveries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tracking and data entry, as well as completing all driver paperwork daily.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-focused individual who can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. With a strong background in the heavy vehicle industry, you will have a proven track record of identifying and resolving operational issues, maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely tracking and data entry
  • Ensuring all driver paperwork is completed daily
  • Planning and scheduling local pickups and deliveries
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise
  • Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
  • Promoting and supporting a safe and healthy work environment

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations or supervisory role within the heavy vehicle industry. You should be able to provide up-to-date contactable references and demonstrate a willingness to learn internal software systems.
