Seeking full-time, experienced chefs , cook to be part of our iconic hospitality team.

Job Type: Full-time part time casual Location: Runcorn Brisbane (Must commute or plan to relocate)

Responsibilities:

Plan and create seasonal menus

Train and supervise kitchen staff

Manage inventory and control budgets

Ensure food quality and safety standards

Oversee kitchen operations and supplier coordination

Requirements:

Commercial Cookery Qualification

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Ensure food storage in temperature-controlled facilities.

Maintain excellent organizational skills, keeping your station clean and efficient throughout each shift.

Requirements:

Valid working rights in Australia.

A passion for the food industry.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential.

Enthusiasm for career growth in the culinary field.

Self-motivated and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
